Meet Granntevka Prince. Owned by David and Gerry Mills but ridden by Janou Bleekman. David and Gerry liked the way I photograph my “model” horses and wanted a portrait of Prince for their home. The indoor school at the Bleekman Stud had a lovely interesting rustic back wall so I’ve included a little bit of detail in the background. These are a couple of the first edits from the shoot. Interestingly with such strong connections to the Netherlands, Janou has come across this kind of photography in Europe before but the techniques are still quite unusual here in the UK.
